my friend and i went to palawan last june 20-23. it was a very exciting trip for us. we had a contact there named allan sumalinog. i got his number from the other blogs. actually he's very nice. we stayed at casa fuerte (recommended by kuya allan of course). the room is small but the bed is superb (for only 1500 with free breakfast) .it has a queen size bed and an extra day bed. Can't forget the pillows. soooooo comfy! there's just one thing i didn't like here, the food doesn't taste good at all. anyways you're in the heart of the city you may eat outside if you like. the staff here are very approachable. i even asked for a bucket of ice every night (the room doesn't have a ref). but there's a water dispenser at their reception so you can ask for cold water or hot water if you're having noodles at your room. next stop city tour.....
